Yes. Voltaback is compatible with every electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle on the market, all brands: European, Asian and American. More than 48 manufacturers are connected.
No. Voltaback works with or without a smart meter. Without a smart meter, the calculation relies on the vehicle data and your electricity bill to determine the price per kWh at your home. The reimbursement is just as accurate.
No. No connected wallbox, no smart cable, no box. Voltaback works with any socket or wallbox already in place. We use data already collected by the car manufacturer and the electricity supplier.
The employer only sees the reimbursement statement: date, amount of energy, amount. No location, journey or personal usage data is shared. Voltaback complies with the nFADP and the GDPR and keeps the data transmitted to the strict minimum.
All data is hosted in the European Union, on servers that meet the highest security standards. Voltaback is ISO 27001 certified.

Yes. By cross-checking meter data with vehicle data, Voltaback identifies the gap between the electricity billed and the electricity actually received by the battery. These losses (cables, inverter) are included in the calculation for the fairest possible reimbursement.
