Voltaback even works with a standard T13 household socket. Power is limited: for daily charging, a T23 or CEE socket is a better choice.

T23 socket or CEE industrial socket, fitted by a licensed electrical installer. Voltaback measures the energy consumed precisely. The cost-effective option for daily home charging.

Wallbox, 7 kW, 11 kW or 22 kW. Voltaback works without any configuration, whatever your charging station.

Private garage, driveway or carport: Voltaback works in every detached-house set-up.

Charging station in a condominium (PPE/StWE), socket in a shared garage or a rented parking space: Voltaback adapts to your installation, even in an apartment building.

Shared charging station or dedicated space in the basement: Voltaback identifies your charging sessions even on shared infrastructure.

FAQ
Your questions about the app
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. To log in, your company must have activated Voltaback: an account is then opened for you. Without an account activated by your employer, access is not possible. If your company is not yet a Voltaback customer, ask your fleet manager for a trial.
It takes a few minutes: connect your vehicle in 3 clicks, then upload an electricity bill to set up your home (address, electricity tariff). You receive a confirmation email once all your data is in place. Then charge on your usual socket or charging station. After analysis, your charging sessions appear in the app, with no manual readings.
View your home charging sessions month by month, with the details of each one (date, duration, energy, tariff applied, amount and status). See your statistics and the share of your charging done at home. Follow your monthly statements or automated reimbursements. Receive important notifications and contact support.
At real cost, to the cent: the app applies your exact tariff to the energy charged, charging losses included, taking into account the high and low tariff of your contract. If you have solar panels or belong to a self-consumption community (ZEV/RCP), your charging is reimbursed at your real tariff. Each charge is itemised with its amount and status.
The app applies the reimbursement policy set by your company. So you can see which charges are accepted and which are not. For example, some companies do not reimburse weekend charging: those charges then appear with a not-accepted status.
No, there is no extra equipment to install. If you can charge at home, Voltaback can reimburse you. You use the socket or charging station you already have at home, and the app relies on your vehicle data and your home information.
Yes. Voltaback works with or without a smart meter, depending on your set-up.
Voltaback works with all vehicles: you can connect any vehicle that your fleet manager has assigned to you on Voltaback. The app is designed for home charging of electric and plug-in hybrid company cars.
It depends on the set-up activated by your company: either a monthly statement to download in the app, or an automated reimbursement that you track directly in the app.
Yes. The same account can be both administrator and driver: log in to the app with your usual credentials and you will find your driver area. The administrator area remains accessible on the web.
