Voltaback is compatible with every electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle on the market, all brands included: European, Asian and American. More than 48 manufacturers are connected.
It is not mandatory, but it is the safest route. Reimbursing actual expenses against supporting documents is the default rule: add a clause "company car charging at measured real cost (kWh x employee's tariff)" to your expense regulations and have them approved by the tax administration of the canton where your company has its registered office to obtain legal certainty.
No. No connected charging station, no smart cable, no box. Voltaback works with any socket or charging station already in place. We use the data already collected by the car manufacturer and the electricity supplier.
We only share the data needed to manage the reimbursement. The aim is to let the company process charging expenses reliably, without exposing more information than necessary.
All data is hosted in the European Union, on servers that meet the highest security standards. Voltaback is ISO 27001 certified.
