Real cost, to the cent. The flat rate is capped at CHF 60 a month (item 13.2.3 of the salary certificate) and anything above that becomes salary. Voltaback uses no averages or estimates, and no municipal average price: every kWh is reimbursed at the exact tariff of the employee's contract, charging losses included. Your employees get full transparency and the low tariff (vehicles mostly charge at night), and your reimbursements remain documented actual expenses.
At home, charging costs around 27.7 Rp./kWh (Swiss median 2026), often less on the low tariff, compared with around CHF 0.69/kWh at a public fast charger: 2 to 3 times cheaper. Across a fleet, the difference adds up to thousands of francs a year. Voltaback secures this saving by reimbursing home charging precisely.
