Yes. Voltaback is compatible with all battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles on the market, all brands: European, Asian and American. More than 48 manufacturers are connected.
Yes. Voltaback reimburses every kWh at the actual price of your electricity contract, wherever you live: Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany or France. A single Luxembourg price would under-reimburse you if you live in Belgium or Germany, where a kWh costs around €0.36 to €0.38, compared with around €0.27 in Luxembourg. With or without a smart meter, the accuracy is the same.
No. No connected charger, no smart cable, no box. Voltaback works with any socket or charger already in place. We use the data already collected by the car manufacturer and the electricity supplier.
Your employer only sees the reimbursement statement: date, energy volume, amount. No location, journey or personal usage data is shared. Voltaback complies with the GDPR and keeps the data shared to the strict minimum.

Yes. By cross-checking meter data with vehicle data, Voltaback identifies the gap between the electricity billed and the energy actually received by the battery. These losses (cables, inverter) are included in the calculation for the fairest reimbursement.
