Yes. Voltaback is compatible with every battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle on the market, all makes: European, Asian and American. More than 48 manufacturers are connected.
No. Voltaback works with or without a smart meter. Without one, the calculation uses the vehicle data and your electricity bill to work out the price per kWh at your home, including time-of-use tariffs. Reimbursement accuracy stays the same.
No. No smart charger, no smart cable, no box. Voltaback works with any socket or charger already in place. We use the data already collected by the car manufacturer and the electricity supplier.
Your employer only sees the reimbursement statement: date, energy volume and amount. No location, journey or personal usage data is shared. Voltaback complies with UK GDPR and keeps the data shared to the strict minimum.
All data is hosted in the European Union, on servers that meet the highest security standards. Voltaback is ISO 27001 certified.

Yes. By cross-checking meter data with vehicle data, Voltaback identifies the gap between the electricity billed and the electricity actually received by the battery. These losses (cables, inverter) are built into the calculation so the reimbursement is as fair as possible.
